I am very opinionated about creamy sauces.

It is high protein, keto, sugar-free, and gluten-free, and it comes together in about five minutes with a blender. No flour, no cooking, no standing over the stove wondering why dinner suddenly feels complicated.

This recipe uses diabetic-friendly ingredients, and the protein-forward base makes it feel more filling than a traditional cream sauce. It works as a pasta sauce, a veggie sauce, a dip, or even as a base for casseroles and skillet meals.
