Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2.5 teaspoons xanthan gum (makes the crackers crunchy)
6 tablespoons hot water
Optional Flavors One:
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon smoked sea salt flakes
Optional Flavors Two:
1 tablespoon chives
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum.
Add hot water and mix until a dough forms.
Add optional flavors now if desired.
Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 squares.
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough directly onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the crackers cool on a cooling rack before serving.
